Business planning
A completed business plan is a summary of your business idea. It is the written result of the planning process. There is no right or wrong way of putting together a business plan. Your business, like every other business, has its own special characteristics.
A business plan is a DYNAMIC document, it should be reviewed regularly,
and updated to incorporate current activities and opportunities. There are
various reasons for writing a business plan, and those reasons will impact
on the focus of the document. When you write your business plan, keep in
mind who is it for:
- a bank manager;
- an investor;
- a new partner;
- to identify your goals; or
- enter a competition
