The Home Based Business Kit

The kit gives practical guidance on four stages of business: pre-start up; early stages; operating; and growing the business. The fifth booklet contains a master action plan with a checklist of essential tasks for all four stages.

Some of the topics covered in the Home Based Business Kit are: feasibility of ideas; business structures; regulations; taxation; the marketing mix; technology; workflow management; sales and cash flow; employing staff; exporting; networking; e-commerce; planning for the future, and strategies for growth. There are worksheets and references throughout the kit, as well as a glossary of business terms and a list of useful contacts in the fifth booklet.
